SHIPPING POLICIES

• Although our shipping calculator is based on current UPS rates, we reserve the right to ship your order via any of the following methods: USPS, UPS, FEDEX, DHL or Truck Freight. We base our shipping method on a combination of ship to address, product weight and speed of delivery/economical efficiency. We will entertain customers shipping requests, but can not guarantee that the requested service will be available. WE WILL NOT OVERNIGHT ANY ITEM. THIS IS TO PREVENT FRAUD.

• Your order will be processed and shipped within 72 hours upon verification of payment clearing. Please allow 7-14 business days to receive your order. Please keep in mind that special orders may take up to 2-6 weeks to receive, so please be patient. Special orders include Superchargers, Bodykits and anything that arrives via Truck Freight. Your order may arrive in more that one box and by different carriers. If there are ANY DELAYS, you will be notified immediately.

• Your order is very important to us. If you do not receive your order within 14 days, please email us at fastmustangparts@gmail.com so we can assist you.

• All items are inspected by members of our Quality Assurance Team prior to shipment. Your order will be insured against damage via the carrier. The carrier will have sole responsibility for the safe delivery of your items. ALL damage claims should be filed with the shipping carrier. We will assist you in this, should the need arise. Please be advised that you are required to retain all packaging materials, bill of laden, all documents, labels, etc. to file your claim and for inspection by the carrier.
